The Museum’s displays and galleries provide a unique backdrop for your special occasion – be it a private party, a reception or a corporate function. Why not consider holding your event amongst the heady atmosphere of 100 years of transport history?

An evening hire of the Post-War Hall will give your guests access to the whole of the Museum which will be fully staffed for private viewing during your event. A full range of catering facilities to meet any requirement, including a fully-licensed bar, is available from the Museum’s caterers. Bus rides can be provided for your guests for an additional charge.

The Boardroom can seat 30-40 in conference seating or 15 at the tables.

 

The Boardroom is light and spacious. Ideal for business meetings and small conferences. Wireless broadband, video projection and air conditioning are available. A daytime hire (10:00 – 17:00) costs £250, use in the evening (17:00 – 20:00) costs £125.

Daytime hire from £75 an hour, an evening hire (19:00 – 23:00) costs £300 or £400 with an extension until midnight.

 

 

 

 

 

Up to 150 guests can be seated for dinner in the Post-War Hall.

The Post-War Hall is available for standing receptions for up to 300 people or seated dinner for up to 150. On summer evenings, a barbecue can be provided on the Museum terrace, overlooking the airliners of Brooklands Museum.

Hire of the Post-War Hall for the evening (19:00 – 23:00), with full access for guests to the whole Museum, costs £2,000 or £2,500 with an extension until midnight.
